Working alongside a procurement partner, Workroom provided expertise in furniture sourcing, space planning, finish recommendations and layout to create a cohesive environment that complemented the base building’s architectural finishes and reflected the client’s identity.

The approach focused on creating a warm, home-like setting that supports healing, connection, learning, and community. Thoughtfully designed spaces encourage people to gather, work, and feel a sense of comfort and belonging.

Flexibility was also central to the design. Multi-functional spaces were created to transition seamlessly from teaching and forum settings to community gathering areas—without the need for additional furniture. Flip-top tables and stacking chairs provided practical, adaptable solutions that support the changing needs of the community while maintaining a welcoming, design-forward environment.

 The goal of this project was to provide a premium, multi-functional amenity space that will adapt to the needs of a diverse tenant base—from daytime training sessions to evening social events—without requiring multiple furniture solutions.

To achieve this, Workroom implemented a flexible “Kit of Parts” strategy, curating a cohesive collection of versatile contract furniture that allows the onsite team to quickly reconfigure the space into three key settings:

• The Learning Lab – Structured layouts for workshops and presentations 
• The Social Hub – Open, social settings for networking and happy hour events 
• The Executive Suite – Collaborative configurations for meetings and breakout sessions 

The result is a future-ready space that maximizes functionality, enhances the tenant experience, and adapts seamlessly in real time.

  This project seamlessly blended the client’s existing furniture with new, curated pieces as they transitioned into their new space. Preserving a cohesive aesthetic and reinforcing their brand identity were top priorities.

This project was all about speed—and our team delivered. We developed complete design solutions and finished on-site measurements within just 1.5 weeks. Once awarded the project, the client needed to move into their space in only two weeks. From initial concept to final installation, we completed the entire project in an impressive 3.5 weeks.
