Behind Workroom

Penny Shebaylo is the Founder and President of Workroom Office Interiors. A graduate of the University of Manitoba's Interior Design Program, she brings more than 20 years of experience in the contract furniture industry, working with some of Calgary's leading furniture dealerships in sales, marketing, and workplace solutions.

Penny combines design expertise with a practical understanding of how people work. She helps clients create spaces that are functional, adaptable, and reflective of their brand and culture.

A dedicated problem solver with a passion for customer service, Penny believes great furniture does more than fill a space—it enhances the way people work, collaborate, and connect. Her goal is simple: to help clients create environments that look great, perform well, and support their business for years to come.

Outside of work, she enjoys expressing her creativity through sewing, painting, refurbishing furniture, and gardening. When she's not creating something beautiful, she's likely exploring the outdoors—golfing, camping, hiking, practicing yoga, swimming, or paddleboarding.  Her passion for creativity, adventure, and community brings the same energy and dedication she offers every client she works with.
