Additionally, we proudly partner with Tree Canada to plant trees annually to help offset our environmental footprint. 

WorkRoom Office Interiors serves Western Canada with primary hubs in Calgary and Edmonton, Alberta. We utilize our partner manufacturer showrooms and are available to clients by appointment only from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (closed on weekends and holidays)

Because contract furniture is made-to-order specifically for your organization, lead times vary depending on the manufacturer and the scope of the project. Generally, production and delivery take between 4 to 10 weeks. We will provide a firm timeline upfront during your selection phase so you can plan your transition smoothly. 

We manage everything. WorkRoom is a full-service dealership, meaning our professional installation teams handle the entire process—from secure delivery to final assembly and precise placement in your space. We ensure your furniture is safely set up, leveled, and ready for your team to use.

Yes. We understand that minimizing disruption to your daily operations is critical. We can coordinate evening or weekend deliveries and installations upon request to ensure your business keeps running smoothly. 

As part of our commitment to sustainability, we prioritize helping you reconfigure or repurpose your existing assets first. If you are fully replacing your old furniture, please let us know during our initial planning phase. We can discuss options for removal, corporate donation, or responsible recycling to keep waste out of landfills.
